Default user rights with volume and music files

Hello,
I have a 14 year old daughter that I want to restrict
some parts of the XP system from being accessed by her.
She already has a limited account. I want to eliminate
her access to adjust the volume setting and access to the
display settings.
Please send any info on how to do this to me at
.

I appreciate your help,
Holly Eustice
