Control Panel = Value creation failed " at line 472 Error
When I try to open Add or Remove Programs from the
control panel I get the following error: Parser Message Value creation failed " at line 472 I tried roll back and the problem re-appears. I did install the new critical update after the roll back. The Add or Remove Programs opens while running on safe mode. I did a virus scan and a worm scan (win32 worms) which came back negative. Thanks for help.
