Default I cant find my Taskbar

I cant find my taskbar also I think my computer is running in safe mode and
when ever I try to click on F8 nothing happen I already try to fix it by
downloading taskbar repair nothing happen help I nee to sign into my class....

Default I cant find my Taskbar

To find out whether your computer is running in Safe Mode, look for the
words Safe Mode in the four corners of your monitor. Also, your desktop
background is black in Safe Mode.

To see if you have hidden your Taskbar, rest the tip of your mouse arrow
on the bottom edge of your screen. (Do the same for the other three
sides.) Does the Taskbar appear? If so you have hidden your Taskbar. To
make it visible again go to Control Panel Taskbar and Start Menu
Taskbar tab remove the checkmark from Auto-hide the Taskbar.
