Default Printing any html content, inc IE6/7 and Outlook 2003

Hi,
I have one user who is unable to print any HTML content from any
application. In Outlook, printing html emails only outputs the header
information. In IE6, printing any webpage prints just the header and footer
containing page information.

I have checked through both MS KB articles and encoding is not auto select,
I have manually applied different encoding including Western European
(Windows), Western European (ISO), and the one that it defaults to on all my
computers; Unicode (UTF-8).

This is extremely frustrating, so if anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.

Many Thanks
Chris
