I still haven't managed to get my 'message rules sorted so that I can have
names highlighted

The lovely Gene gave me lot of stuff to search, but I am not managing it

Hehe, those Message Rules got at you!

I can't get Message Rules to work either.
Whatever I do, it doesn't work.
Block Sender works, but that's the only thing that does.

HelpSend Feedback (to Microsoft) is much used at the moment :-)

Default A couple of issues

I bought a laptop with windows 7 pre-installed. I'm having a couple of
issues that drive me crazy. It just starts zooming in and out by itself
or it will just start scrolling up and down by itself. Are they any ways
to stop this?

Terry, Apart from thinking your mouse wheel might be stuck .. I think it
will be better if you post this in it's own thread, not added to Ophelia's
problems with Message Rules.

Along with "start your own thread", if it's new, bring it back and have them
fix it. You shouldn't have to buy broken products.

Have you used a lap top before I ask as what you are referring to can be
features of the touch pad.
On that annoyed me was its ability to open a chose of programs like word
just by taping in one of the corners of the pad It fery anoying when you are
trying to click a link and word opens instead
