MULTIPLE MONITORS
Why can i only view a program in my primary monitor and
not in my secondary, i can drag from one to the other , but still can't open anything or view whats running in my primary monitor. When i turn the computer on both monitors turn on but only primary shows icons , the only thing that shows on the secondary is my background image My os is xp home Any help would be much appreciated thank you
