XP crashes

My computer has been shutting down with the following
message:

A problem has been detected & windows shutdown to prevent
damage to your computer

*** win32k.sys - Adress BF85F2A8 Bast AT BF8000000, date
stamp 3B7DE698

Can anyone help.
