Multipage fax from Xcel
Have 2 worksheets in an excel file. When I go to Print on fax, only the first page shows up in fax preview. I have selected the "entire workbook" option. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. (PS, my distinctive ring works great in XP)

Multipage fax from Xcel
What viewer comes up when you preview the fax? Both the Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer and the Microsoft Office Document Imaging viewer have page change buttons which should let you look at all the pages. Multipage fax from Xcel
It is the Microsoft viewer. I know about the next page button, as all works fine in MS Word. What happens in Excel is, the first page printed to fax causes the fax wizard to kick off. In the Excel window that is now not the active window, it has the s mall current action? window showing that it hasn't sent but one page, and is trying to send page 2???
