Default Removing movie maker and xp tour

Hi is there anyway to completely removed movie maker and windows xp tour, i
have removed these 2 icons from my menus. But i really want to get rid of
them, as the movie maker really really suck, and if i wanted to know all
about xp i would have found it out before i brought the thing. Thanks

Be really hard to remove either one of these.
They are protected system files.
