Default Putting Themes Manually on my computer

I like being able to customize everything on my computer, but I can't seem to be able to customize my browser skin. I want to be able to do it manually, because most of the programs that do it are spyware. Where do I go to manually change my browser skin -
oh, and my cursor. I am using Microsoft XP.

Cursor.
Start | Run | Type: control mouse | OK |
Pointers tab

Be kind of hard for anyone to offer advice on browser skins.
You've kept what you use as a browser secret.

Sorry about that. I use Internet Explorer 6.0. Thanks for the cursor information! Does anyone know about the themes on the browser?

when I was trying to change my cursor, it would only use the pictures that were already saved in the folder. I can't add any of my own. when I press BROWSE, I click the file but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
The websites listed gave some other stuff that was interesting, but none of them showed me how to manually change the browser skin. Is there some file folder for that like there is one for cursors?
Thanks

Try placing your cursors in
C:\WINDOWS\Cursors

I do not know of a skins folder for IE. Actually you've exhausted my
knowledge on the subject.
