Anyone know a link to a website that gives instructions on how to streamline
Sp2 into a Win XP cd?

The process is not called streamlining, but slipstreaming.

http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase...slipstream.asp gives
detailed instructions on the procedure. I have also heard that the program
located at http://nuhi.msfn.org/ can simplify this process greatly, but I
have never actually tried it, so I can't vouch for it myself.
