Slipstreaming w/Autostreamer SP2
I have used Autostreamer to TRY to slipstream XP Pro retail. All goes well
until it tries to save the .iso file. It does look like it is saving it. No matter what folder I try and save to the folder ends up empty. Nothing saved there. I have attempted to do this, with no luck, many times. I have even used Search to look for any .iso files. I do locate a shortcut to the folder I attempted to save to but if tells me the path is wrong. I have read in this group how OP have succeeded in this. I am doing something wrong, but what. I have read the docs and followed them. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks for any help, Ken A. |

Are you running it on and saving it to a winXP (or win2000) HDD folder with
plenty of free space ? Wont work on 98 or udder op sys. You need lots of free space as it might unload winxp CD to your hdd along with that 300mb sp2 before it mingles both into the save folder before it cleans up and maybe defrag'd free space too for the image to save a contiguous file.
