Default In Microsoft word I view two columns

In Microsoft word I view two columns instead of one.

If I use Print Screen and Open Microsoft Word, It only prints in one column and looks

very small

If I click Format, Columns, Apply to this section, I can view it in one column, but it is very small at 150%

Thank you for your help,

meadow

Does this happen when you open an existing document that was previously OK?
Or only when you start a New document?
If the latter, it looks as though you have somehow overwritten normal.dot
with a two-column document. Delete normal.dot and Windoze will create a new
one which should be OK.
If it happens on all documents (new or old) it looks bad. You might have to
reinstall.
(I am not quite sure what you're getting at with the 'Print Screen' comment
BTW)

John,

I continued to search and found this:

Under Format, I clicked Columns, One, Apply to this point forward.

Now, I can view it the way I want even if I use Print Screen

Thank you for your help,

meadow
