Default Invitiations not working

I've been using the beta for a month or so and it's working fine.
However no one else in the family can log on to it. I have tried
sending an invite (and followed the instructions afterwards) but it
still says "The passport ID used to sign in is not allowed access to
this beta version of Messenger." Have I missed something or is it a
glitch?

Have they accepted the invite and gone through the sign-up process the same
way you did when you got the invite?

If no then have them do so or send them more invitations and have them
complete the process.

As far as I know I have. It said the process was finished and they had
to download the beta. As I already have it I just tried signing them
in which didn't work. So I downloaded it again via the link they were
given, reinstalled and tried again but it still didn't work.
