Default Messenger 7.5

At startup messenger allocates 100 MB of ram.
If I reduce to icon in Task manager I can see Mem Usage of messenger is only
messenger 15 MB but really it continues to use 100MB, in fact if I close
messenger the ram reduce of 100 MB.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same thing happens.

Any ideas ?
Thanks
Claudio
