Default remote assistance/number lock

Can someone help me? After using remote assistance onmy laptop my number
lock key is stuck on and i can't get it turned off. This has happened before
but i can't remember how i fixed it. Please help!!

Default remote assistance/number lock

Greetings,

Look for the "NumLk" key on your keyboard. It's probably part of another key and will
require you to press Fn or Shift as a key combination to use it.

my problem is that pressing the num lock key does not work. its on num lock
all the time and i cant get it off. any ideas?

Does the num lock key share a function with another key?
If so, you need to press something like shift or some other modifier key to
access it.

If that still doesn't work, your keyboard might be defective.
