Default Burning wma to dvd

do I need any special progs to burn wma`s or mpegs to dvd so they can be
watched on a home dvd player (not a computer). I have nero software already.

Since you have Nero...try using NeroVision Express.

If you have the full version of Nero you can, as John said, use Nero Vision
Express to author a DVD.
Otherwise there are many products out there designed for the task.
I personally recommend Ulead Movie Factory or UIlead DVD Workshop2 but there
are many others.
I have a list of a few of the most popular ones along with my comments on
them, download links, and tutorials for a few on my website.
