ASUS N7600GS Silent HTD/HDCP PCIE Card info needed.

Want to use this card for my NEW HTPC. IS it the same as this card ont
he ASUS site ?

The only reason i want it is it is supposed to support all the
Prevideo High Definition Enhancmentments and is silent, these things i
want.
