Default DV TO DVD Recorder

Can anyone help me. I am trying to transfer Dv from Video Camera to Dvd
Recorder. When I have completed I find that the Disc will work
perfectly on the DVD player that I recorded from and on my PC but when
I try k on my stand alone DVD player I get amessage Bad Disc. Help help

Which third party program are you using to create the DVD?
