I have exactly the same problem. My new Sony NWe003 MP3 player is installed
and shows as USB device but is not read by computer. I have xp upgrade ffrom
Home also and downloaded service pack 3 from site to fix this problem - but
it doesn't. Is yours a sony player also? Can anyone suggest a fix for this??
