I doubt you are a Microsoft Customer Support Representative.

This might be hard to say, since MS customer support is often from a country
other than the US, and English does not seem to be the primary language..
A possible clue is that in the past microsoft employees generally used a
microsoft.com mail server. These days, MSN support might be using the
hotmail server.

C'mon, Byte is right, MS Support have MS mail addresses, and no-one in his
sane mind would give an e-mail address and Hotmail is SO generic .......
Sounds like a scam to collect valid e-mail addresses.
