Default Spooler Service Crashes

Hi,
on two of my w2k3 AD member PC's which are both XP the Printer Spooler
crashes and in EventVwr I see "The print spooler service terminated
unexpectidly. It has done this x times." entries.
The strange thing is that it crashes due to a network printer I have
installed, once I uninstall the netwrk printer which is shared by a w2k3
Domain Controller, the spooler service does not crash anymore. SO, it seems
to be striktly related to this one printer. I have several other PC's which
sue the same shared printer instlaled in the same way and they do nto have
any problems.
It is a brandnew printer I instlaled on the server and shared it a few days
ago, it is a OKI C3400n Color Laser printer, a network printer.
The problem also does not occur on the printserver which spooler is used to
print, it only occurs on these two clients, and only as long this printer is
installed
Can one give me a hint?

Regards,
Dieter
