multi monitor question

Is there a applet of way I can make my xppro multi monitor system remember
which monitor I want to use for different web pages.

For instance:
web page 1 always opens on secondary monitor
web site 2 always opens on primary monitor.

or to ask another way, I would like to assign a monitor to a web site or
program window.
