Default Microsoft Fax Console crashes - Faulting application fxsclnt

Microsoft Fax Console crashes when I try to open and view an incoming
fax (SBS 2003 MS fax server). All the other clients of the network
work fine except this.
The appropriate viewer opens correct but after this I get :
"Faulting application fxsclnt.exe, version 5.2.2600.2180, faulting
module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x1000640e."

I have change a lot of default viewers for tiff files without success.

The same effect happen when I am try to open a tiff file from a folder
using right click-open with-IE. The viewer open correct the tiff file
but the IE gives me:
"Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16414, faulting
module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x010d640e."

When I am open the tiff file from a folder direct with dbl-click It
opens without problem.

I have already uninstall and reinstall the fax client at this xp
client and re register the tiff options to registry.

Thanks for any answer that could help me.
Nick
