Default Monitor problem

I laid the phone book on the keyboard and it changed the diplay sideways.
Anyone know how to change it back? I can't turn the monitor on it's side!
Help!
Thanks

Default Monitor problem

Hello,

Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Up Arrow or Ctrl+Alt+Down Arrow.

Or right-click on the desktop, Properties, Settings (tab), Advanced and look
for the rotate option in the video card tab (nVidia's one is called
NVRotate).
