CPU speed
I have an Acer 2451 Laptop with Intel Celeron M
Processor 410. ( 1.46GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB L2 cache ) connected to Shaw cable Light-speed Internet. The current CPU speed is set on HIGH , but I can set it up to Maximum. What I would like to know is the pro's & con's of setting the CPU up higher; speed, compatibility, etc; before I change anything and end up with a fried laptop. Thanks in advance! |

CPU speed
Pro's, it'll run faster. Cons, shorter battery life.
