Default Fax cover page Help

I have a client that is moving from a third party fax solution over to a
Microsoft shared faxing solution. I have the fax printer shared off the
server and everything seems to be working fine other than a small issue on
the cover page.

the cover page pulls the full display name for each user which includes
either there email address or (Business Fax) at the end. is there any way to
get the cover page just to pull the person’s name from the address book?

We have no idea which "shared faxing solution" you might be using, nor which
client software you are using. We also don't know how you have configured
your cover pages, nor which you are using.

Default Fax cover page Help

Sorry. Using the Built in Microsoft faxing in windows server 2003 SBS and
windows XP. the fax printer is shared off the server and all that is working
fine.

the problem I am having is using the Microsoft cover page editor I have
inserted To: (Recipenients Name) and it pulls in the full display name either
Name (Business Fax) or Name (email address) we just want the name on the
cover page but so far I can't find any other way to do it.

I found a modified DDL that said it would remove it from the address book
listing in several versions of outlook but did not list outlook 2003 or 2007.

Default Fax cover page Help

If you're talking about the hacked versions of CONTAB.DLL, these are Outlook
version specific and Vince hasn't done any new ones since Outlok 2000. The
hacks are unsupported. I seriously doubt any of the posted files will work
with Outlook 2003 or 2007 and, as you see from the article, the labels are
hard coded. I doubt anything can be done.
