network printer setup
I have a desktop computer running xp. It's connected to a linksys router with
an ethernet cable. I have a laptop running vista home premium. I have a HP PSC2355 connected to the desktop with a USB cable. How can I set this up to print from the laptop wirelessly?

First remember to share the printer out, then it should be 'seen' by the

Have you tried connecting to it using \\NameOfXPPC\Printer (where
NameOfXPPC = the Name of the XP PC on the Network and Printer = the Shared Name of the Printer) You are sure the shared name of the printer doesn't have any spaces or illegal characters in it?
