Default Barcode printing

I am having a problem using the 39 barcode font on a new XP pro computer. I
have installed to font just as I have on other computers, but on this one it
will not work. Can someone help me?

Without a more detailed description for "will not work", I rather doubt it.
Clairvoyance isn't my strong suit...

I dont know how I can be more specific. I have several computers using the 39
barcode font to print work orders, and they all use the same printer. Because
of this, I know it is not a printer problem. I only have one computer that I
have installled the 39 barcode font on that will not print the barcodes.

OK.

Do all computers run the same operation system version?
Does this printer print anything besides barcodes?
If so, does it print everything else OK?
Does the font appear in the Fonts folder?
Is the font available to all programs that print?

There are more questions, but lets start with these.

Every version of Windows requires a correct driver to be installed before you
can use the printer with the Windows. After making sure that the correct
driver is installed, you then need to know if the barcaode font would work
with print.

Which printer are you using with this 'troublesome' XP? Is this the same
printer as the other "working" XP PCs?
