Folder Security - User Name does not appear

I am using Windoes XP - SP 2
When I right click on folder - property - security
I see a list of 'Group or user names' with five items listed in it -
starting from Administrator, Creator Owner, some very big number, System and
last is the User. It does not mention my log in name 'Shrikant'. It also does
not mention the log in name 'Guest'.
I want to restrict access to my folders to all the other log in names. At
present my folders in E Drive are accessible to all even though I set sharing
option as 'Do not share this folder'.

That "some very big number" is likely to be the security id for a deleted
account.
The name Users includes all members of the users group. If your name is
such a member, it need not appear.
"Sharing" only pertains to allowing the folder to be mapped by a remote
system.
The permissions determine how accounts can access the folder.

mean it is still active in my computer with potential danger ?
2 Where is the GUEST Account. ? I want to give only 'Read Only' permissions
to the Guest Account.

You cannot add an account which has the same name as one already existing.
As the Administrator account is installed during the installation of XP, it
got there first.
So, perhaps you mean that you are using the built-in administrator account.
It can be a bit confusing as the administrator account is a member of the
administrators group.
It is easy to mistake administrator for administrators.

Deleting an account does not remove files and folders. After all, for all
XP knows, you may want to copy them elsewhere or make some other account the
owner.
No, the deleted account is not active.

I don't know where the Guest account is lurking... It is somewhere because
this account cannot be deleted.
If you wish to give express permissions to this (or any other) account, then
you add the account while viewing the folder permissions.
