Default can no loger sign into any email accounts

After over a year, I suddenly became unable to login to any email accounts
from my desktop, hotmail, yahoo and gmail. I was able to login from my
laptop. I could not figure out why, and my machine was clean.

I formatted and reinstalled XP SP2 an was able to login. An hour later, I
cannot login to any email account. What gives? Any idea of what's going on?

When I failed to sign into Gmail, Gmail says "400 bad request. Your client
has issued a malformed or illegal request.

Hi
It can be caused by an None Optimized TCP/IP stack.
Here is what you should do.
