Default Not enough server storage...

Have to XP Pro machines (named "Mary" and "Joe" for this discussion). C drive
is enabled for sharing on both. Both have same two users with admin priv.
"Joe" can access C at "Mary" via \\Mary\c and all folders and files are
accessible. Trying to access C at "Joe" from "Mary" via \\Joe\c results in
"\\Joe\c is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. Not enough server storage is available to process this command."

Have increase IRPStacksize at "Joe"to 12 (max?), and disabled firewall,
still no access. What else should I try?
