Was it Telstra or your ISP?

Two days ago, I was cut off dialup 90 minutes before I was
scheduled to get back into my box.

On a fair few early mornings (once a week) telstra cuts optus customers off
for a few hours (Network is congested).

At 15c it must be optus. Telstra is 22c or something. Excess Megabytes are
20c per MB for both.

EG To read one reply yesterday in the customise group took 58 minutes of
clicking and 6 MByte of downloading. This means this one message probably
cost me $1.35. This is why it's stealing.
