Another Fax question

Hi, All;
Problem: send 100+ personalized letters to customers using fax
Tools: Winword2002, Windows2000 computer with Conexant Soft56 PCI modem
Software tried: WinFax Pro 10.0, Microsoft Fax and other software
recommended by Microsoft...

Problems:
1. No matter what I did, mail merge wizard creates one big document instead
of 100+
2. Faxing wizard tries to send fax (if I forced it to work) to one number
3. Button "Merge to Fax" on Mail Merge toolbar in Word ALWAYS dimmed (even
after uninstall/install cycle)


Mail merge works, this is not a problem. How to send customized letters to
different fax recipients?
Internet faxing is out of the picture - some customers do not have access to
Web or it is prohibited by nature of business....

Any ideas?
