Not able to print even though printer recognized
Help Please,
I have reloaded the print software and printer is recognized but I cannot print. I keep receiving an error message stating that there is an error and have sent it to MS but no repsonse yet. Can anyone help me? I have rebooted the system too. Deb

What is the exact text of the error? (Check in the Event Log inside Admin
