print problem
when i attempt to print, a window named "phone tools"
appears so that, apparently, i can send a fax. i am unable to print my document. how can i correct this?

You have the fax set to be the default printer instead of the printer.
Go to the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes. Right click on the printer in question and highlight and select Use as Default.
