multiple separator pages, hp laserjet 4

When a user prints to a network printer (hp laserjet 4),
it prints out two separator pages before it prints the
job. The printer is set to use the pcl.sep separator file
within \system32. I would like it to print only one. Any
suggestions would be much appreciated.
