Default WINTV Drivers Issues

I think I have finally got this down to where the problem is occuring. When I install the WINTV PCi card drivers on my WINXP Pro system it takes the drivers from the manufacturers site and installs them. My connection to the internet works before I insta
ll the drivers. Once the drivers are installed, and I connect to the internet I can't get any pages to come up or an internet programs to connect. Can someone help me out on this.

What you can do is download drtcp and alter your MTU settings, if your
on broadband let me know the connection speed eg: 512k, 1meg etc and
I'll tell you the OPTIMUM speed settings, you'll see a BIG difference to
Win defaults, it's all free, very easy to do and NO PROGRAMS to
download, drtcp is merely a shortcut, NOT a program!
