Default Altering IE6 Printing Margins

I know how to adjust page properties in IE6 to change my regular margins when
I print a page. My problem is that my header is literally being printed at
the TOP of the page - ZERO white space above it - some of the text
occasionally is cut off.

Is there any way to adjust the header's margin so that I have SOME space
between the top of the page and the header?

Thanks.

Changing the top margin doesn't help this?

No. Changing the top margin does not alter the placement of the header.
