Default Internet Explorer 7.0 Function Address Error

Anytime a user prints out of a web page and tries to change it from portrait
to landscape they get a fucntion address error. This is the exact error that
they are getting. "Function address 0x50504420 caused a protection fault.

My guess is that there is no module there.
FWIW the "address" would be equivalent to the ASCII characters PPD space
if that means anything in any context you have.

Have you tried using a different printer? E.g. use the Generic Print to File for an
alternate test.

If that works you may need some tweaking or a different driver for your existing
printer (which you haven't given us any information about.)

BTW I am cross-posting this to the XP NG which specializes in printing
in case you need help configuring or updating your printer support.

Good luck

(exception code 0xc0000005) The application property sheet page(s) may not
function properly." I am running Windows XP SP2 with the latest patches
along with IE 7 and its latest patches. They also get that error message
when they just hit the print button. They don't get that error message from
any other microsoft product. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
