XPS & MS DOCUMENT IMAGE WRITER AND SAVE AS PDF ISSUES

I cannot get this to work. What do I need to do? It's on there as an option
when I choose print, but when I access the files to open, it takes to me to
an error page on the internet. It's never worked since downloading.

Also, (pls. don't laugh at me...) but what is MS Document Image Writer? How
does it differ from XPS Writer. My system is defaulted to MS Document Image
Writer but where does it send my documents? I cannot retrieve any of the
documents.

Also, I cannot access the "save as pdf" after i downloaded it. HELP??
