Default error loading os plz help

Right at Startup hit F1, F2, or Delete to go into Bios/setup, or F12 for Boot
menu, and change Boot Order so that CD/DVD drive is 1st in the boot order.
Which Key to hit will be at bottom or lower 1/2 of splash screen.

Insert XP or Vista disk(over to you!), reboot, load files, delete existing
partition, etc.

Why? He can't make it much worse than it is right
now and might end up with a fix that works.

If that's the way you respond to people who are trying to tell you
what they think, rightly or wrongly, is the best advice for you, don't
be surprised if hardly anybody here wants to try to help you. You can
be assured that I won't try to help.

I built my pc peace by peace

Excellent way to build it; much better than war by war.
