Default Can't Map Using UNC

We lost our dirve mappings that were setup using the UNC. I can map
using the IP address.

I went to map a drive and preformed a Browse and nothing shows up
under the Workgroup for the server we want to map to.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Check all / any firewall settings. Firewalls can block the "NetBIOS
name resolution" protocol.

Verify that the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service is running. Issue the NET
VIEW command and report the output of the command in your next post.
