Is there a way for me to print what is on my screen using
Print Screen key?

The PrintScreen key takes a 'snapshot image' of the screen, which is stored
in the clipboard. You can then open Paint, or other graphics program of
your choice, and paste the image into that application... then if you want
to print the image, do so in the usual way.

WordPad (in my WinXP Pro system) also takes the results of
PrintScreen for printout.
