Default saving pic. and printing it

something in the way i can save a pic. has changed..
everytime i try to save a pic. of anykind "right clicking
on it and saving", i am told the only option is to save
as .art file and then when i try to print it , i am told
the file cannot be read. something has changed the way
this is done but i don't know what... it is a new gateway
comp., but gateway does not even know how to correct.
any help would be appreciated. thanks John

1) You're using AOL. You MUST DISABLE the compressed graphics in the www
options in AOL. ART is AOL's proprietory format. Now the ART files will
magically turn into JPG files!
