Windows XP
I upgrade from windows 2000 to windows xp because I
purchased a new camcorder. In order to use the software I had to have xp installed on my system. However, the windows xp will not recognize my printer which is a Xerox M640 multi-purpose system (print, fax, scan). I have deleted and reinstalled my printer several times and it still will not recognize or locate the printer. What can or should I do? |

Windows XP
Disconnect the All in One from the PC.
Do a total uninstall using the instructions at: http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm Since it's an All in One, remember to also unisntall the Fax software, then right click on My Computer, select Properties, look in the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. On the line "Imaging Devices" click on the + to expand the tree and if there is a scanner listed right click and select Unisntall. Reboot the PC Download a new set of drivers at: http://www.xerox.com/go/xrx/template...SA&Xlang=en_US Cari www.coribright.com "Cozette Talib" wrote in message ...
