Default Win Messenger Voice chat in Limited user mode account

Hello all,

I have problems with voice using anything other than
Windows Messenger 4.7.2009 but that not why Im here today.
I have my "Windows XP Pro" machine setup with multiple
user accounts for security purposes primarily using
administrator mode for installations and HD cleaning
anyother time, I use a limited user mode account. I can
type messages and recieve typed messages to/from people
but, voice chat in limited mode does not work at all.

How do I need to setup Windows Messenger through
administrator mode to allow me to have voice chat in a
limited user mode account? Is this possible? Please tell
me this is possible...
