Default WIndows Messenger Self-Loads

OK, here's the deal...I keep removing this annoying thing
and it keeps coming back, like the terminator. I;ve
tried all of your suggestions (command strings, registry
changes, removing it in control panel, et al). I have it
narrowed down to this...whenever I sign OUT of MSN
Explorer, it automatically reloads 4.6 on my system. Can
I stop it or is it a glitch in Explorer? I have 6.1
installed and that should be enough right? What's a guy
to do? Please please please help me!

Greetings Dave,

This is correct, MSN Explorer *requires* Messenger, if you remove it, it will simply
reinstall it.
