ok...i'm having the same problems and i already downloaded that and it did not work...what else could i do?

YES - I have the answer!

Goto http://www.java.com and click on the [GET IT NOW] button.

It's a download and install. Follow the prompts. If there is a problem go back and read the installation pages.

No help from AOL on this problem they told me to contact my PC manufacturer. LOL. They don't have a clue!!!
