Is there anyway of stopping users from downloading
toolbars etc from the internet and then installing them.
I have had a look in Group Policies but couldn't see
anything that would do this. Initially I want to do this
on one machine to try it out before rolling it out across
a network.

This issue has arisen because several users have
downloaded/installed toolbars which have conseqeuntly
caused operational issues.
